Couch2Court® Fee
Sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your booking. This is referred to as the Couch2Court® Fee. The Couch2Court® Fee entitles you and any other person for whom you have paid to attend the session. Payment should be made via credit/debit card on our website at the time of booking. Your spot is not reserved until payment has been processed.
You may request a full refund of the Couch2Court® Fee up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time by emailing hello@bloomnetball.co.uk Refund requests within 24 hours of the session will not be honoured. No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit the full Couch2Court® Fee.
Health and Safety
All participants understand that these events are contact sports and contain risk to the person participating for which BLOOM Netball cannot be held responsible.
All participants agree that we have no control over the safety of the premises we hire, or persons admitted to the venues we hire, and it is the sole responsibility of each attendee to ensure they are satisfied that the surface and other conditions are satisfactory and safe for the activity in question having due regard for the participants.
We cannot be held responsible for any defects to the venue which may cause injury and all team captains understand this when participating.
BLOOM Netball officials will inspect the playing surface and playing conditions and will report any issues prior to games commencing to the league coordinator.
Only League Coordinators retain the authority to cancel a Couch2Court® session, otherwise it will be deemed that attendees have accepted any risks and any ensuing liability for any subsequent injury.
Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. Our policy is not just an exercise in complying with the law, but a continuation of our respect for you and your personal information.
BLOOM Netball will not consent to ‘attendees’ actively soliciting other ‘attendees’ or BLOOM Netball officials or acting with intent to disband our Couch2Court® session or leagues in favour of another provider. Any ‘member’ found to be doing so will be removed from all our leagues and may be subject to further legal action.
We undertake to preserve the confidentiality of all information you provide to us and hope that you reciprocate.
Insurance
BLOOM Netball does not provide insurance for teams or ‘attendees’ to cover personal injury or accident.
BLOOM Netball cannot be held liable for damage or injury caused whilst participating in any league and strongly recommends that individuals/teams/clubs take out their own insurance if this is of concern to them.
BLOOM Netball Ltd holds public liability insurance for all leagues that it operates.
